Flatbed Semi Trailer
The removable side wall semi trailer provides two operating modes within one chassis. With the panels installed, it contains bagged, palletized and packaged cargo. After the panels are removed, the platform functions as a flatbed for containers, steel, machinery and oversized loads.
This flexibility is valuable for fleets whose return cargo differs from outbound cargo. Removable panels, posts and locks must be engineered for repeated handling and secure storage. The trailer can include onboard racks so that panels are organized when not in use.
AOHA can configure the deck with container twist locks, lashing rings, stake pockets and a front headboard. Panel section size and weight are selected so that normal handling is practical for the customer’s workforce and equipment.
Typical Applications
━━━━
Key Advantages
━━━━
| Two Trailer Functions
The body converts between side wall and flatbed operation. |
Improved Fleet Utilization

| Detachable Panel System
Panels and posts can be removed in sections for practical handling. |
Optional Container Locks
Twist locks allow standard container transport after the side walls are removed. |
| Multiple Cargo Anchors
Lashing rings, rope hooks, chain points and stake pockets support different loads. |
Panel Storage Solutions
Onboard or yard storage racks can protect removed panels and simplify reinstallation. |

Quality Control and Delivery
