AOHA manufactured fuel tanker trailers for a Ghanaian distribution company transporting diesel and petroleum products to commercial and industrial customers.
Project Background
A fuel distribution company in Ghana required tanker trailers for supplying diesel to service stations, factories, construction sites and commercial users.
Safety, sealing performance and tank durability were the customer’s main concerns. The trailers also needed to support efficient unloading at different delivery locations.
Customer Requirements
The customer requested a multi-compartment fuel tanker trailer with practical discharge and safety equipment.
Requirements included:
- Multiple tank compartments
- Reliable sealing performance
- Efficient loading and unloading
- Anti-corrosion surface treatment
- Emergency safety devices
- Stable chassis
- Convenient inspection and maintenance
AOHA Solution
AOHA designed a multi-compartment fuel tanker trailer according to the requested capacity and local operating conditions.
The tank body and chassis were engineered as an integrated structure. Internal compartments helped reduce liquid movement during transportation and allowed the customer to carry different fuel grades when required.
The discharge system, manholes, valves and safety accessories were arranged for practical operation.
Main Configuration
- Product: Fuel Tanker Semi Trailer
- Tank body: Carbon steel
- Compartments: Customized multi-compartment design
- Axles: 3 axles
- Suspension: Mechanical suspension
- Discharge system: Valves and pipelines
- Safety equipment: Emergency valve, fire extinguisher holders and grounding system

- Tank body dimensions
- Leakage testing
- Valve operation
- Pipeline installation
- Brake system
- Electrical system
- Surface coating
Local transport regulations and operating requirements should always be confirmed by the purchaser before final configuration.
Delivery and Training
Operation instructions were supplied for tank inspection, valve use, routine cleaning and braking system maintenance.
The customer’s technical team also received remote guidance on trailer inspection and preventive maintenance.
Project Result
The tanker trailers supported the customer’s regional fuel distribution operations. The compartment design improved transport flexibility, while the reinforced chassis and safety configuration supported reliable daily use.
